Poured foundations can crack. Minor cracks that don’t endanger your foundation structure do occur and can lead to water in your basement. Structural cracking is a different problem that requires structural foundation repair.
We can seal seeping foundation cracks by injecting them from inside the basement or crawl space. To inject a crack, first the crack is cleaned. Then we drill 3/8″ holes intersecting the crack. Injection ports are inserted. Injection into the voids is performed with poly-eurthene flex resin.
