I found your staff to be very professional, they did great work.  I am so glad the work is finally done.  It was very nice this today not to deal with wet towels and water in my basement after the rain last night and this morning.

After buying a new home in 2001, the answers to my families needs were met. Unfortunately I did not go through a home inspection and shortly after the first huge storm I witnessed small puddles of water collecting in different areas of the unfinished basement. Knowing that this job had to be done, traditionally one would have had to dig around the whole home, to the footings from the exterior of the home and then add a protective coating while parging with concrete and tar, …then back-fill with stone and dirt and finally patching the asphalt, stonework and concrete to restore the grounds to the original. I figured it was the price to pay for ignorance but as my family grew, I needed more space. I dreaded going to the basement, as the living life was sucked out of my being, knowing that before I could finish the basement the work had to be done. Then an Angel, my contractor, Concepts by DiNoto, recommended Mr, Nick Forte owner of New Forte Waterproofing Ltd.. His team of professionals delivered a solution to fix the cracks in the poured foundation from the inside of the home without having to excavate the outside perimeter of my home. This saved thousands of dollars, time and effort. When I saw the work completed, I could not believe my eyes. Not only did they fill in the cracks and bolted a protective lining, they even underpinned the cracks so that water would never be an issue again! I did not know what to do, hug Nick Forte or the cracks in the wall? All I can say is that I am happy as can be and would strongly recommend New Forte Waterproofing Ltd. for the quality workmanship and professionalism.
